WEDDING & EVENTS PIANIST
A bit about me...
I first sat down at a piano at nine years old - and I never really got back up again!
What began as a deep love of the piano has taken me from the intimacy of private celebrations to some of the country’s most iconic stages - from Hyde Park with the BBC Concert Orchestra to the O2 Arena and Abbey Road Studios.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to appear on national TV and radio, including The One Show and BBC Radio 2, and to collaborate with artists such as Susan Boyle and Michael Ball - all of which have shaped my journey as a performer.
That same love of live performance runs through everything I do. For me, every event has its own heartbeat and what better to bring that to life than music? It can totally transform a space - setting the tone, connecting people and creating moments remembered long after the last key is played.
Beyond the stage, I’ve been lucky to explore many sides of a musical life. I’ve worked for years as a ballet pianist and continue to play regularly for the Royal Ballet School and Birmingham Royal Ballet. I’m also proud to be a regular soloist with Constella Music - an organisation dedicated to harnessing the power of music for social good.
Outside of performing, I also work as a Rock & Pop examiner with Trinity College London and have over a decade of experience as a group singing facilitator and choir leader - hopefully inspiring hundreds of singers of all ages and abilities through a mix of encouragement, energy and humour.
My formal training includes a BA (Hons) in Music and a PGCE in Secondary Music, and I’m a committed member of the Independent Society of Musicians (ISM).
But at the end of the day, I’m someone who adores sharing music.
